Sales Associate - Rocky Ridge - Riversong - Rainbow Falls

Jager Homes has an excellent opportunity for a part-time Sales Associate's (15-34 hours per week). Showhome hours are 2:00-8:00 pm Mon-Thurs and Noon-5:00 pm weekends and holidays.

Must be personable, professional, computer literate, have excellent administrative skills, be customer oriented with an excellent telephone manner, and have the ability to meet deadlines. Own transportation is required.

Duties include greeting and welcoming prospective homebuyers to the community; collecting all pertinent information from visitors and performing administrative duties as required. The successful candidate will provide home tours, maintain a neat appearance of models, maintain contact database, set up files and contracts, maintain mailing lists and follow-up with prospective buyers.

Candidate will work independently with a high level of ethics dedicated to providing associates with accurate information. The effective use of time and the ability to prioritize duties is a necessity.

Site Assistant

Jager Homes, has an excellent opportunity for a Site Assistant.
The ideal candidate would possess 2 years field construction experience in
residential construction.

Reporting to the Site Superintendent, the Site Assistant is responsible for helping
with single family home building projects for the company through to completion.
Duties include but are not limited to minor repairs, site clean-up & general
labour as directed. Reliable transportation & tools a must.

Estimator

Jager Homes has an excellent opportunity for an Estimator.

The ideal candidate would possess 3-5 years estimating experience and a solid understanding of the new home construction process.

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a minimum of 3 years work related experience with an estimating software package, base model budget creation and complete file

preparation process.
